Before Your Appointment

Complete your intake form

  • Complete your intake form before arriving.

  • Provide accurate health information and disclose any relevant changes to your health.

Arrive on time

  • Arrive a few minutes early when possible so you can settle in.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid delaying the next client.

Know what to wear

  • No special clothing is required.

  • You choose your comfort level when undressing. You may keep your underwear on or leave on any clothing you prefer.

We count on this visionary to define strategic priorities, allocate resources responsibly, and ensure every decision reinforces long-term value creation.

During Your Massage

1. Check-in and consultation

Your therapist will review your intake form and discuss:

  • Your treatment goals and areas of concern.

  • Pressure preferences and comfort levels.

  • Relevant health information or questions.

  • Any areas you would prefer not to have treated.

This is your opportunity to ask questions and discuss your preferences before treatment begins in the privacy of the treatment room.

2. Privacy and getting ready

Once your therapist has explained the process, they will leave the room to give you privacy to prepare.

  • Undress only to your comfort level.

  • Get onto the massage table under the provided sheets.

  • Keep yourself covered while waiting.

  • Your therapist will knock before re-entering the room.

Unsure what to do? Please ask your therapist before they leave. We're happy to explain!

3. Draping and personal boundaries

Your privacy and dignity are essential to every treatment.

  • You will remain appropriately covered throughout your massage.

  • Only the area being treated will be uncovered.

  • Any specialized work near sensitive areas must be explained and appropriately consented to beforehand.

  • You may decline any technique or withdraw consent at any time.

Our therapists maintain professional boundaries and respect your personal space throughout your appointment.

We trust this leader to synchronize production, logistics, and support functions, cultivating dependable processes that uphold our service commitments.

After Your Massage

Once your treatment is complete:

  • Your therapist will leave the room so you can get dressed privately.

  • Take your time getting up, especially if you feel lightheaded.

  • Your therapist may provide general aftercare suggestions.

  • You can discuss how you feel, ask questions, or arrange another appointment.

Payment and direct billing

  • Payment is completed after your appointment.

  • Direct billing is subject to your insurance plan's eligibility, available coverage, and insurer requirements.

  • Any amount not covered by your plan remains your responsibility.

Our Shared Expectations

We want every client and therapist to feel safe, respected, and comfortable. Here's what we each commit to.

What you can expect from your therapist

Our therapists are committed to providing professional, respectful, and client-centred care.

You can expect your therapist to:

  • Welcome you and explain the treatment process.

  • Review your health information and discuss your goals.

  • Obtain informed consent and respect your choices.

  • Provide privacy while you prepare.

  • Maintain appropriate draping and professional boundaries.

  • Check in about your comfort and adjust treatment when possible.

  • Respect your dignity, confidentiality, and personal boundaries.

  • Work within their professional scope and training.

What we ask of you

To help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment, we ask every client to:

  • Respect professional boundaries. Sexual comments, advances, inappropriate touching, or requests for sexual services are not acceptable.

  • Communicate respectfully. Please treat your therapist with courtesy, including when requesting changes or raising concerns.

  • Follow preparation instructions. Please respect the treatment process and remain appropriately covered.

  • Share accurate health information. Let your therapist know about relevant health concerns or changes.

  • Respect appointment policies. Arrive on time and review our booking, cancellation, and payment policies.

  • Respect privacy. Do not photograph or record your therapist without their explicit permission.

If behavior compromises safety, professional boundaries, or anyone's comfort, your therapist may pause, modify, or end the treatment. Future appointments may also be declined when appropriate.

These expectations protect both our clients and our therapists.
