What types of massage services do you offer?
We offer a range of therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and luxury facial massage. Each session is customized to your needs to help you relax, relieve tension, and improve overall wellness.
What insurance companies do you direct bill to?
We currently offer direct billing for major insurance providers in Canada, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Blue Cross, and many more!
Can I bill my massage through insurance?
Yes! Select services are eligible for direct billing to insurance providers, depending on your coverage and plan. Please bring your insurance information to your appointment so we can confirm your benefits.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website’s “Book Now” button, or contact us directly by phone or email. Our booking system shows up-to-date availability for your convenience.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time, especially for evening or weekend appointments.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available online or in-studio and make a perfect gift for any occasion.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first appointment includes a brief consultation to discuss your goals, any areas of concern, and your health history. This helps us tailor your treatment for maximum results and comfort.
How often should I get a massage?
For general wellness, we recommend scheduling a massage every 4–6 weeks. If you’re managing specific concerns such as muscle tension or stress, more frequent sessions may be beneficial.
What are the benefits of facial massage?
Facial massage promotes circulation, reduces puffiness, supports lymphatic drainage, and helps release tension in the face and jaw. It can also enhance skin tone and leave your complexion looking brighter and more youthful.
Where are you located?
Zen Paradise is conveniently located in Leduc, Alberta. We are in a strip mall located in front of Hughes Car Wash. Look for our big blue sign on the front of the building. There is plenty of parking available.
