After becoming a mother, I understand firsthand how much tension we hold in our face, jaw and overall body. Stress, sleepless nights, emotional overwhelm, and long days can silently shape our expression and our nervous system.
My work blends sculpting techniques, facial massage, TMJ/buccal work (only if you want), and calming neck + shoulder release to create treatments that feel both therapeutic and deeply nurturing.
